Your shipping charges will be calculated and displayed to you when you start the checkout process.

Sometimes we can provide better shipping rates on higher volume orders. If we are able to ship your order for less than the quoted shipping rate, we will update your order and charge you the lower rate.

We will process all orders placed during normal working hours on the same day. All orders placed after hours, on weekends or holidays will be processed on the very next business day.

Some of our items will ship out of our warehouse in Florida, while others will ship directly from our manufacturers or distribution warehouse. Lead time will vary for each item. We will contact you and provide you with an estimated shipping date once your order has arrived.

We will happily take returns on any orders for stock items. We may charge up to a 25% restocking fee on returns.

We do not accept returns for any custom manufactured items.
